The Bailey Center is a 14-story, 144,000-sq-ft building constructed in 1996. Hoar Program Management initially worked with the college’s administration and the architect during the design phase of this renovation project. The current phase will include an exterior re-skin and window replacement, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, and some finish work on the interior.

Hoar Program Management previously worked with Wallace State to provide construction management services for the renovations to the Tom Bevill Nursing Building. This was a re-skin and window replacement of an 8-story, 50,000-sq-ft building.
