Summit awarded three apartment contracts in Tennessee

Summit Contractors Inc. of Jacksonville, Tenn., recently broke ground on three separate apartment complexes in Tennessee.

Forest View Apartments, Murphy Development, will be completed in Mount Juliet, Tenn., this year. The wood framed building consists of 130 units, eight buildings, clubhouse, pool and mail kiosk.

Dogwood Place Apartments, Double H. Investment, of East Ridge, Tenn., is scheduled for completion next month. A two-story wood frame will house 140 apartment units across five buildings, including a clubhouse and maintenance building. Bernard Weinstein & Associates handled all architectural documentation for Forest View Apartments and Dogwood Place Apartments.

Peyton Park Apartments, Aslan Ventures, of Lebanon, Tenn., will house 120 units and will be reach more than 137,900-sq.-ft. span upon completion next year. Oliver Architects handled all the architectural documentation for Peyton Park Apartments.
