Hoar Construction to build Butler Snow offices

Hoar Construction LLC of Birmingham, Ala., was recently selected by the Ridgeland, Miss., law firm Butler Snow to complete the build-out of its new corporate offices at Renaissance 200, the new Class A office building being constructed adjacent to Renaissance at Colony Park in Ridgeland.

The Butler Snow offices will occupy the upper four floors, including the penthouse, and total approximately 100,000 sq ft. The Butler Snow offices, which will include multiple conference rooms and a library, will feature custom millwork, stone wall panels and floor tiles, leather wall tiles, Sycamore veneer wood doors, and state-of-the-art audio and video technology.

The offices are expected to be complete and ready for occupancy in October.

Hoar Construction is currently completing the structural frame, shell and core of Renaissance 200, the 13-story 368,000-sq-ft Class A building designed by Cooper Carry & Associates of Atlanta. Attached to the office tower is a parking garage that will accommodate 1,200 vehicles.

The Renaissance 200 project is designed and being constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification and will be the first high-rise LEED Silver Certified building in Mississippi.

The building will minimize energy use and environmental impact with energy-conserving lighting systems, use of natural light, low-water-use hardware and natural materials. Butler Snow and Hoar Construction are firms committed to promoting sustainability concepts throughout the organizations.
