$177 million Southaven Towne Center, making it one of the largest facilities to
begin construction in Mississippi in 2004. The development is owned by
CBL & Associates Properties of Tennessee. Attending the groundbreaking
were CBL representatives and representatives of the retailers that will be operating
from the commercial site. Southaven Towne Center will open in October
and a Dillard's store will open in spring 2006. Contech
